The range of choices broadened significantly at Barefoot Lakes in Firestone recently, with the addition of three new floorplans for the Harvest portfolio.
Priced from the mid-$400s, the new floorplans include a four-bedroom home of 2,768 square feet; a two-story home with optional guest bedroom on the first floor; and a ranch-style home with 2,329 square feet.
The four-bedroom home, called the Harvest 5, starts at $472,880 and is more in line with the famous Brookfield emphasis on open layouts. Fewer walls mean more light flowing throughout the rooms. And wait ‘til you see the huge, dual closets. If you are a person with lots of “stuff,” you will find unparalleled comfort in the Harvest 5.
The two-story home with the main-floor guest room/suite, called the Harvest 6, is a bit larger (3,151 square feet) than the Harvest 7. And if you choose the guest suite with the Harvest 6, it comes with a full, attached bathroom. The Harvest 6 starts at $514,880.
The new ranch, called the Harvest 7, starts at $468,880 and offers an alternative to homebuyers who prefer a more traditional, compartmentalized floor plan, with distinct rooms that include an area for formal dining. You’ll see the difference the moment you walk in through the front door and down a long hallway.
These three new plans join four other Harvest plans (aka Harvest 1, Harvest 2, Harvest 3, Harvest 4) that have been available since the community opened in September 2016. The original four Harvest plans range from 2,552 square feet to 3,626 square feet, and start in the $500s.
