Just as we wrap up our participation in the Denver Parade of Homes here at Brookfield Residential, we offer a follow-up opportunity with the similar-but-different Northern Colorado Parade of Homes. You can never have too many parades.
This Northern Colorado Parade includes a large territory north of Denver, such as Fort Collins, Timnath, Platteville and Wellington. And Firestone! Best of all, Firestone. That’s where we have the Barefoot Lakes community, nearing its one-year anniversary. Brookfield’s entries in the Northern Colorado Parade include a Harvest model (from the $500s) and an Avenue model (from the $300s). You’ll find that the Harvest model features windows and more windows; and the Avenue is famous for its urban design with the big front porch.
The Northern Colorado Parade runs Sept. 8-10 and then Sept. 15-17 – six great days of free exploration of the most beautiful, modern homes in that area. If you’re thinking of buying a home in the area, this is the most efficient way to start your search. And if you just want some interior-decorating tips, this is the activity for you.
The Denver Parade, with our entries in six communities, ends Monday (Labor Day) at 6 p.m., and then the Northern Colorado Parade picks right up the following Friday, with models open 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. each day. Just follow the signs at Barefoot Lakes for the Parade models.
