Brighton Crossings sales rep is worthy 'best friend'

When you buy a Brookfield Residential home, it’s more than likely that you will end up having lengthy and frequent conversations with one or more of our sales representatives at the community you have chosen. In some cases, they become your new best friend.

There might be no better candidate for that title than Ed Lowell, our sales rep at Brighton Crossings (45 S. 45th Ave., Brighton, Colo.). He is also one of our most senior guys, and our customers appreciate his knowledge, his expertise, and his willingness to guide them carefully through the sometimes-complicated process of buying a new home.

Customers Charles and Lisa Persichitte said recently, “Ed spent a lot of time listening to us as we shared our vision for the perfect new home, so he was able to make valuable recommendations and prevent us from going in the wrong direction. He went above and beyond his actual scope of work for us. With Ed’s participation, we were able to walk through everything as efficiently as possible, and we’re confident we ended up in the right place.”

He brings considerable dedication to the job, and he believes in the quality of the product. You can hear that sincerity in his words: “Brighton Crossings has dramatically created a destination community with the addition of our new fitness center, playground and basketball court – The Crossings Fitness Center, Park, And Dog Park.  All of that combined with the Community pool center means Brighton Crossings offers not only great home values, but fabulous amenities as well!”

Ed has worked with Brookfield for four years, and he has been in the real estate business for 30 years. He is from Chicago, he attended Grinnell College, and he has two children, ages 17 and 14.
